Is The Jailhouse, Coventry gig still on??

Hi, I received the Jim Moray updates email a while ago, saying that he's playing at the Jailhouse in Coventry on 22nd September.
The thing is, I have phoned The Jailhouse and no one seems to know about it, and looking on Jim's website, I can't see it listed with the other tour dates...
Has it been cancelled? (please say it hasn't!)

Well... nobody seems to know if it existed in the first place. So no, its not happening unfortunately. I don't know why, but thats the second attempt at playing the venue thats gone astray.

If theres any news it'll be up here first.

Yeah, its frustrating. We want to get out and play everywhere but it depends on so many factors and it gets so mind bogglingly complex sometimes. Tours inevitably begin to resemble an episode of Wacky Races [en.wikipedia.org] after a bit, and quite often you don't even get to be Peter Perfect [images.entertainmentearth.com] (the coolest, obviously).
