Loving the version of Fleetwood Mac's Big Love. Spookily I'd heard the original on the radio only yesterday. Rather a forgotten gem if you ask me!

Loving it here too. Rock banjo - it's the future!

I'm just playing with it. It was intended as a Modern History Club song, but then a few people that I play these things to for a second opinion said I should hold it back for a record. Apparently banjos are the 'in thing' now...

it's lovely, it really suits the song, sounds really mellow.

That's fabulous Jim, it really suits your voice, and the banjo fits perfectly, just love it!

Why not publish it for the Modern History Club as a sort of work in progress, with the finished version on the next album?

You've really hit your vocal stride, I'm sure everyone'll agree we're hearing new things from your voice of late.

Lovely arrangement too - I had to reacquaint myself with the original as F.M. are not my thing. You're treatment of it is quite something.

Good to have had a preview but definitely record-worthy.

'In thing' or not, I've no idea, but loved it in any case. I'd agree with your sounding board(s), definitely record-worthy, but very glad indeed that you shared it. Thanks!
Was there a slightly different vocal track on the original mix you put up or have I imagined that? The second one sounds a little smoother maybe? Either way, it's an outstanding track and an amazing vocal.

Oh that's just bloody gorgeous!! I'm loving the simple, stripped back sound of just the banjo and Jim's voice sounds really different than we're used to!!

More, more, MORE please!! smileys with beer
